Can the service fee paid on one lump-sum?

No, if the fee is paid in one lump-sum it is very difficult to cover the charges for updating the software after the completion, changing the sites from after the completion or minor special modification and your web sites stays without any maintenance from time to time.

How long does it take to open the web site from placing the firm order?

Generally, one month to one month and a half (1 MON – 1.5 MONs) after you place the firm order. It takes two (2) weeks to develop the basic idea for your web design.
