Job description

We are looking for an amazing person who can join our customer support team for long term; who will help our users with the questions they might have about our products.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Answer support tickets via email and forums
  • Help our customers by solving technical WordPress issues.
  • Report any bugs or issues to our developers
  • Write articles / documentation to avoid repetitive questions.

Requirements

  • Fluent written English
  • Helpful & polite nature
  • WordPress debugging to identify problems and fix them
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress
  • Must be able to write basic CSS
  • Knowledge of PHP & JS is not required, but appreciated
