Job description
We are looking for an amazing person who can join our customer support team for long term; who will help our users with the questions they might have about our products.
Roles and responsibilities
- Answer support tickets via email and forums
- Help our customers by solving technical WordPress issues.
- Report any bugs or issues to our developers
- Write articles / documentation to avoid repetitive questions.
Requirements
- Fluent written English
- Helpful & polite nature
- WordPress debugging to identify problems and fix them
- In-depth knowledge of WordPress
- Must be able to write basic CSS
- Knowledge of PHP & JS is not required, but appreciated
