We are looking for an ambitious, charismatic full-cycle Senior Recruiter. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our managers and company management, developing strategies to find candidates across our entire organization. This is a high visibility opportunity to recruit across multiple functions in an expansion-stage WordPress product based company.
What you get to do
- Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, functions, and organizational fit.
- Strategize multiple methods of building talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
- Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search methods.
- Work on Applicant Tracking System "FreshTeam" and actively screen resume and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Call, screen and attract prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering the careers at Brainstorm Force.
- Regularly track pipeline activity and share results with internal stakeholders.
- Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas.
- An eye for detail and strong intuition for culture fit while screening candidates.
- A strong bias for action.
